We restate the buyer brief as workpiece material, weld process, positioner load including fixture mass and center-of-gravity offset, workpiece envelope, robot count, quantity and destination. Optional budget and supplier-tier preference describe how you want bidders screened. They are not ratings this office has verified, and you do not need an existing quote to start. Public family pages that separate capacity, span and swing are used only to ask whether those three checks were performed on the offered fixture.
Supplier answer
The named manufacturer confirms whether the kilogram rating includes the fixture, returns envelope and guarding drawings, and states which FAT/SAT records apply to the delivered cell. Fume extraction, wire supply and torch cleaning must be labeled as included or extra. Certificates belong to that factory and serial number, not to this website.
Open deviation
A missing torch-reach study, an unlabeled hardware-only versus process-development mix, or unsigned SAT language remain buyer-and-supplier deviations. This desk can list the gap after quotes return; it cannot close the gap by filling millimetres from a brochure. Single-machine cell bids must not be averaged with integrated tank-line bids that include forming and NDT.
